Luis - Executive Manager
Having lived across Colombia, France, Canada, and the U.S., Luis developed an early love for culture, people, and personal growth. His curiosity about human behavior led him to earn a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from George Washington University — but it was entrepreneurship that unlocked his real passion and potential.
What started as a single interview quickly turned into a thriving career. Luis has now led teams across two countries, six cities, and five major campaigns. After launching his first campaign in Kitchener, Canada, he expanded into the New York market with one goal in mind: to become a National Partner and help others build extraordinary lives.
For Luis, success is about impact — creating meaningful relationships and providing real value to others along the way.
Born in Harlem and raised between New York City and boarding school in Connecticut, Vaughn learned early on how to adapt and connect with people from all walks of life — a skill that has served him well in the world of marketing and sales. After graduating from Howard University, he tried nearly everything: banking, personal training, creative work, even courier services during COVID. But while the work paid the bills, it didn’t offer the long-term growth or fulfillment he was chasing.
That changed when Vaughn joined Avenue Strategies. For the first time, he saw a clear path forward — one where effort and ambition are truly rewarded. Now on a fast track to Executive Management, Vaughn is building a future that aligns with both his financial goals and personal values. His mission? To help others find their own lane and create a life of purpose, possibility, and real success.
Vaughn - Account Manager
Bea - Account Manager
With a double degree in Business and Marketing, Bea built a strong foundation in strategy, consumer behavior, and sales. She began her career as an Account and Product Manager for a Turkish multinational, honing her skills in negotiation, client relations, and business development.
Her passion for international business led her to pursue a Master's in International Hotel Management, which brought her to the U.S. for an internship with a luxury hotel chain. This experience deepened her understanding of high-level customer service, global operations, and leadership in fast-paced environments.
Beyond business, Bea has been competing in show jumping for most of her life—a sport that has instilled in her the discipline, focus, and resilience that now drive her professional success. At Avenue Strategies, she brings this same mindset to building strong client relationships and driving results.
With her unique blend of sales expertise, international experience, and a passion for connecting with people, Bea is committed to helping businesses grow while carving out her own path in the industry.
Joaquin - Account Manager
Originally from Argentina, Joaquin began his journey of self-discovery at 17, fueled by ambition and a hunger for opportunity. His path has taken him across Europe and through more than five countries, where he built experience in everything from real estate to DJing in Ibiza’s nightlife scene — sharpening his creativity, resilience, and entrepreneurial mindset.
After relocating to the U.S., Joaquin found his stride in business, bringing a global perspective and relentless drive to every venture. With a unique blend of international experience and strategic sales skill, he’s focused on building something lasting — for himself, his team, and the people around him.

Keelan - Executive Manager
Originally from Tasmania, Australia. Keelan made the leap to Melbourne with just three days' notice — leaving behind sports and stepping into a completely new industry with no experience, just work ethic. Raised by a single mother who built her own business while raising four kids and working 80-hour weeks, the value of discipline, grit, and sacrifice was instilled early on.
With a background in motorsport, football, and cricket, Keelan developed strong leadership and teamwork skills that seamlessly translated into business. After working in both construction and personal training, the shift into marketing was unexpected — but it became the opportunity that changed everything. Starting from zero, he quickly rose through the ranks, surpassing his trainer and senior leader to launch his own client campaign.
A key player in the company's international expansion from Australia to the U.S., Keelan brings a fearless mindset and a deep understanding of what it takes to win in unfamiliar territory. He now focuses on helping others do the same — building teams, developing people, and proving that with the right mindset, anyone can change their life.
Alexiz - Account Manager
Born and raised in Miami, Alexiz began his journey with a laser focus on achievement. By the age of 19, he had already earned his Associate's degree and was pursuing a Bachelor’s in Law, majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology at Keiser University. His academic background gave him a deep understanding of human behavior, decision-making, and persuasion — tools that would later become invaluable in a very different field.
While on track for a legal career, Alexiz craved something more dynamic — a path that would challenge him in new ways and push him outside the classroom. That search led him to Avenue Strategies, where he found the perfect environment to grow mentally, physically, and professionally.
Since joining, Alexiz has brought the same discipline and ambition that fueled his early success to the world of sales and leadership. Consistently ranked among the top performers in his campaign, he’s now stepping into leadership, driven by the same determination that’s guided him from day one. For Alexiz, this is just the beginning.
